Tribe is hiring outgoing Brand Ambassadors to help introduce people across Los Angeles to a new social platform built around real-world connection and community.
This is a great opportunity for college students, recent graduates, actors, creators, hospitality workers, and anyone looking for flexible part-time work that involves meeting people instead of sitting behind a desk.
As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll work in busy, social areas and start friendly conversations with people who may be interested in joining Tribe. You’ll give a quick explanation of the platform, answer basic questions, and help interested people sign up using a QR code.
This is not door-to-door sales, fundraising, or petition canvassing. You will be representing a growing consumer brand through natural, positive conversations in public spaces.
What You’ll Do
- Approach and speak with people in busy public areas
- Give a clear, short introduction to Tribe
- Help interested people sign up through a QR code
- Hand out promotional materials when needed
- Track conversations and sign-ups during each shift
- Share feedback about the questions and reactions you hear
- Represent Tribe in a friendly, confident, and professional way
What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable starting conversations with new people
- Friendly, outgoing, and socially aware
- Clear and persuasive communicator
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work independently
- Comfortable standing and walking for most of a shift
- Available for some afternoon, evening, or weekend shifts
Previous experience in brand promotion, canvassing, hospitality, events, customer service, sales, or community outreach is helpful, but not required. We care more about your personality, communication skills, and reliability.
Pay
- $25 per hour
- Additional performance-based bonuses
- Paid training
Schedule
This is a flexible, part-time role. Most shifts will be 4 to 5 hours and take place in high-traffic areas around Los Angeles. You can select shifts based on your availability.
