- Ensure the property, models, and common areas are market-ready.
- Review marketing strategies, analyze competition, and assist with promotions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of residential property management or related experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with budgeting, maintenance coordination, and resident relations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and property management software (Yardi, CRM Flex, CRM IQ, CRM MIQ preferred).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Knowledge of LIHTC/TX Credit compliance is a plus.
