About the Firm
This established CPA firm in Marin County delivers a full suite of advisory offerings — assurance and attestation, tax compliance and preparation, business financial planning, forensic accounting, and litigation support — serving a diverse, locally based client roster throughout the Bay Area.
What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day)
- Contribute to planning, fieldwork, and wrap-up for audit, review, and compilation engagements.
- Tackle ad-hoc projects and special assignments as priorities evolve.
- Develop strong working relationships with client contacts and internal teams.
- Communicate proactively on issues, status, and deliverables to keep engagements on track.
- Apply disciplined time management and organization to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related discipline (required).
- Educational requirements completed to sit for the CPA exam.
- 5+ years of accounting experience (preferred).
- 5+ years working with GAAP (preferred).
- Background in audit or attestation work is a plus.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with a dedication to exceptional client service.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $125,000 – $150,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Annual bonus: 8% – 15% (based on compensation, experience, and hours worked)
