Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current California SLP License
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (ASHA CCCs) strongly preferred; clinical fellows (CFs) may also be considered
- Prior school-based experience is highly desirable
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Dedication to fostering student progress through individualized therapeutic support
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for students across K-12 grades
- Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of progress and required reports
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student learning and achievement
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development sessions, and school-wide initiatives as needed
