Summary:
While Supporting the AR, AP, General Accounting & Contracts departments, this position ensures compliance with company policies. Responsibilities include managing document flow by copying, scanning, and inputting information into systems, and maintaining organization. Handling mail, records, and files accurately, alongside providing administrative support such as meeting coordination. The role emphasizes proactive management of supplies, document preparation, and data retrieval, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and quality across the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Communicates with team members to disseminate or explain information
- Assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
- Communicates with team members to disseminate or explain information
- Coordinate with all departments to ensure compliance with established policies
- Preparation and certified delivery coordination of Preliminary Lien Notices
- Input information to document management system
- Proofread documents
- Type letters and other correspondence
- Drive and run errands as requested for business needs
- Must be at least 21 years of age and able to meet company driving requirements
- Other duties assigned by management
Shift:
- Monday Friday
- 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Flexible)Overtime as necessary
- This is not a "Hybrid" or "Remote" position
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Minimum Education Required: High school degree or GED
- Secondary Education : Degree a Plus
- General office experience required: Prior financial and accounting experience a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to communicate progress to supervisors and team members
- Ability to understand directions and ask questions if necessary
- Desire to help others
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Manages time effectively
- Organizes tasks effectively
- Patience
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong work ethic
- Willing to pitch in as a member of the team where needed
