What You Bring:
- Holds an SLP license; Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- SLP-CFY credentials will be considered, though this assignment typically fits experienced professionals better
- Demonstrated expertise working with elementary and middle school students
- Strong interpersonal, assessment, and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in dynamic settings, serving different campuses as needs arise
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Administer screenings, evaluations, and ongoing treatment for K-8 students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Document progress, prepare accurate reports, and participate in IEP meetings
- Consult with teachers, families, and other professionals to ensure student success
- Rotate across campuses to provide essential coverage during FMLA absences
- Up to 5 hours of your weekly schedule may be completed off-site for convenience
