Help support students’ academic and social success as a Paraprofessional in a welcoming school community near Mill Valley, CA. Multiple contract openings are available starting August 17th, 2026, through June 11th, 2027, offering a full-time schedule (32.5 hours per week) with morning and afternoon shifts to provide essential before and after school coverage.
As an instructional aide, you’ll play a critical role in supporting classroom teachers and helping students thrive. Positions are open across all elementary school sites, with opportunities to work with Transitional Kindergarten, Kindergarten, or 1st–5th grade classrooms. Be prepared to assist with a variety of classroom duties, including providing hands-on support to students who may need help with toileting or diapering.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Paraprofessional or Instructional Aide preferred
- Experience working with young children (early elementary or similar age groups)
- Flexibility and comfort in assisting with personal care (toileting, diapering)

- Must be reliable and punctual
- Ability to commit to the full 2026–2027 academic year
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist classroom teachers with instructional and non-instructional tasks
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students
- Supervise students during transitions, arrival, and dismissal
- Support classroom routines and reinforce positive behaviors
- Help implement academic and social-emotional activities
