Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Background & Skills:

  • Valid SLP licensure (California state requirements)
  • Open to candidates with their CCC as well as strong SLP-CFY applicants
  • School-based experience preferred, but all clinical backgrounds considered
  • Solid knowledge of assessment, diagnostics, treatment planning, and documentation
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to tailor interventions to diverse student needs
  • Committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive atmosphere

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and formulate individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency concerns
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy services across varied age groups
  • Collaborate with special education staff, teachers, and families to support student progress
  • Provide detailed progress monitoring and maintain thorough records
  • Contribute actively to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team processes
  • Participate in professional development throughout the academic year
