Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Background & Skills:
- Valid SLP licensure (California state requirements)
- Open to candidates with their CCC as well as strong SLP-CFY applicants
- School-based experience preferred, but all clinical backgrounds considered
- Solid knowledge of assessment, diagnostics, treatment planning, and documentation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to tailor interventions to diverse student needs
- Committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive atmosphere
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and formulate individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency concerns
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services across varied age groups
- Collaborate with special education staff, teachers, and families to support student progress
- Provide detailed progress monitoring and maintain thorough records
- Contribute actively to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team processes
- Participate in professional development throughout the academic year
