Seeking a Tax Manager with experience to prepare and review complex tax returns, manage client relationships, identify tax planning opportunities, and support the growth of a tax advisory practice.
Roles & Responsibilities

Own client relationships for a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, S corporation owners, and real estate investors.

Prepare and review complex individual, S corporation, partnership, trust, and multi-state tax returns.

Identify tax strategies and communicate the benefits to clients.

Conduct client onboarding, strategy calls, and tax season check-ins.

Partner on service offerings, pricing, and technology initiatives.

Build and enforce quality control processes.

Provide input on operational improvements and processes.
Qualifications

CPA or EA designation required.

Minimum 5 years of tax preparation experience.

Management experience is a plus.

Experience preparing complex individual, S corporation, partnership, multi-state, and real estate tax returns.

Strong client communication skills.

Comfortable using practice management software, cloud storage, and Zoom.

Comfortable working with and learning AI tools.

Ability to explain complex tax strategies to clients.
