Location: San Diego, CA
Salary: $75,000 to $80,000 + Bonus + Benefits
About the Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join a high-volume upscale/fine-dining restaurant in San Diego. This is an opportunity for a polished hospitality leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, developing high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily front and back of house operations to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
- Coach, develop, and motivate managers and hourly team members.
- Maintain exceptional service, food quality, and hospitality standards.
- Manage labor, scheduling, inventory, and operating costs.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally while building lasting relationships.
- Partner with the leadership team to achieve sales, profitability, and operational goals.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Restaurant Manager experience in an upscale, polished casual, or fine-dining restaurant.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Experience managing high-volume restaurant operations.
- Working knowledge of P&L, labor management, and cost controls.
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
