Job DescriptionResident Services Coordinator (Full-Time, split between two properties)

Location: San Diego, CA (Downtown & City Heights)
Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week
Pay Rate: $25–$27 per hour (DOE)

Job Summary: We are seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to support residents at two affordable housing properties in San Diego. The primary location is at a property called The Helm which is located downtown at 191 W. Beech St. The secondary location is called Auburn Park which is located 5135 University Avenue San Diego, CA 92105. 30 hours per week will be spent at The Helm, while 10 hours per week will be spent at Auburn Park. This role connects residents with community resources, coordinates programs and events, and provides referrals to promote stability and well-being. The ideal candidate will have had previous case management experience, is passionate about community engagement and enjoys building partnerships to foster a positive living environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for resident services at assigned properties.
  • Provide resource referrals and support to promote housing stability and self-sufficiency.
  • Plan, coordinate, and evaluate onsite resident programs and activities.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with community organizations and service providers.
  • Maintain accurate event files, reports, and compliance documentation.
  • Collaborate with property management to support resident success.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–3 years of experience in case management, community engagement, or resident services.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with diverse populations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
