1st Shift- 6am-230pm Monday-Friday, must be open to overtime on weekends hours occasionally.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lift, carry, stack, and move cases of milk and dairy products throughout the facility.
· Load and unload products from pallets, racks, conveyors, and storage areas.
· Follow established quality, food safety, and manufacturing procedures.
· Inspect products and packaging for damage or defects and report issues to leadership.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
· Adhere to all company safety policies and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
· Work collaboratively with production, warehouse, and quality teams to meet operational goals.
Qualifications:
· Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull milk cases and other materials throughout the shift.
· Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
· Strong attention to safety and quality requirements.
· Dependable attendance and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
· Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
· Frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
· Continuous standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift.
· Ability to work in refrigerated, wet, or varying temperature environments as required.
This position plays a critical role in supporting dairy manufacturing operations by ensuring products and materials are safely handled and moved efficiently throughout the facility.
