Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state licensure (or eligibility to obtain in California)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
- Prior experience working in schools is highly desirable
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Passion for making a positive impact on students’ communication and learning
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and deliver therapy services to students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain detailed and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Offer direct and consultative support to help students overcome barriers to academic success
- Communicate progress and strategies effectively with all stakeholders
