Qualifications/Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active state licensure (or eligibility to obtain in California)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
  • Prior experience working in schools is highly desirable
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Passion for making a positive impact on students’ communication and learning

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and deliver therapy services to students
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Maintain detailed and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Offer direct and consultative support to help students overcome barriers to academic success
  • Communicate progress and strategies effectively with all stakeholders
