Description
\n As an Ambulatory Care RN, you will be responsible for the assessment, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care. This includes direct patient care, education, and managing transitions of care in an acute setting. You will work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to deliver holistic and individualized care.

- 2 years of solid telemetry experience and ACU/PACU experience required
