Create Extraordinary Bridal Experiences
Guide brides through personalized appointments that help them discover the SPARKLE gown that reflects who they are.
Build Relationships and Achieve Goals
Educate, inspire, and confidently recommend SPARKLE gowns and accessories while helping brides make joyful buying decisions and achieving personal and team sales goals.
Deliver the SPARKLE Standard
Maintain showroom excellence, support your teammates, and ensure every bride receives world-class service from start to finish.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOPrevious experience in bridal, fashion, luxury retail, styling, hospitality, beauty, or sales is a plus—but what matters most is your heart, your coachability, and your desire to serve others.
