Location: Lynwood, CA
Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM–11:00 PM, Monday–Friday)
Schedule: Must be flexible to work later hours as needed.
Pay: $80,000–$100,000/year
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Hydraulic Maintenance Technician to inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain hydraulic systems in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, mechanically skilled, and experienced in preventive maintenance and hydraulic diagnostics.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain hydraulic systems and components.
- Perform preventive maintenance, including fluid changes, filter replacements, and system calibrations.
- Install and test hydraulic equipment to ensure proper operation.
- Read and interpret hydraulic schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Troubleshoot hydraulic issues using diagnostic equipment.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow OSHA and company safety standards.
- Respond to emergency repairs and support equipment reliability.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
- 3–5 years of hydraulic maintenance experience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, pumps, valves, cylinders, and hoses.
- Ability to read hydraulic schematics and use diagnostic equipment.
- Basic welding, fabrication, and computer skills preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
- Manufacturing or extrusion experience is a plus.
