Qualifications and Desired Background:

Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and adapt lesson plans to accommodate a variety of learning styles and abilities
- Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for assigned students
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student success
- Offer direct instruction and interventions based on student IEPs
- Monitor student progress, collect data, and adjust strategies as needed
