Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Two contract roles are available beginning August (dates to be determined), with one covering through October 30, 2026, and the other extending until December 18, 2026. These roles offer the chance to contribute meaningfully within a dedicated school setting located near Riverside, CA.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education teaching certification in California (or eligibility to obtain)
- Proven classroom experience as a Special Education Teacher
- Knowledge of IEP development and implementation
- Strong communication, collaboration, and adaptability skills
- Experience managing diverse classroom needs and classroom aides/support staff
- Familiarity with current best practices in special education
Primary Responsibilities:
- Implement and adapt instructional plans to accommodate individual learning needs
- Develop, update, and track progress on Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with general education staff, support personnel, and families to ensure student success
- Maintain accurate and organized student records and documentation
- Create a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment
- Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback to all stakeholders
