Job Description
Job Description
Deployment Strategist
Snapshot: $100K–$160K base · $130K–$250K OTE + equity · San Francisco (Financial District) · On-site (5 days) · No visa sponsorship · 3–8 yrs technical account management / implementation
THE OPPORTUNITY
Our client is a venture-backed AI company serving enterprise insurance brokerages — powering stewardship reports, trend analysis, loss summaries, ex-mods, loss-run retrieval, proposals, quote comparison, and policy checking for top-100 US brokerages. This is a founding hire in the deployment function: own the post-sale journey from contract signature to full customer activation, and help design the very program you're executing.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Own onboarding end-to-end for enterprise accounts. Build and iterate on the onboarding program (playbooks, metrics, tracking, change management). Handle technical integrations independently (SQL, cloud platforms). Serve as the primary post-sale relationship owner. Feed product insights back into development.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
First 90 days: take ownership of live onboarding and stabilize the process. First year: build a repeatable deployment program and drive activation across enterprise brokerages.
MUST-HAVES
3–8 years in technical account management, SaaS deployment, or post-sales implementation; SQL competency and strong product intuition (non-negotiable); executive presence; experience building onboarding/deployment programs; based in SF and able to work in person 5 days/week.
NICE-TO-HAVES
Insurance/insurtech domain experience; program-management background; familiarity with cloud platforms and analytics tooling.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
$100K–$160K base (USD, dependent on experience), $130K–$250K OTE, competitive equity.
LOCATION & WORK MODEL
On-site 5 days/week in San Francisco (Financial District).
