TRA Manager of Case Management
\n The Manager of Case Management & Social Services is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and daily operations of the Case Management and Social Services departments
\n TRA is Tenet's in-house nationwide contingent pool for Nursing and Allied travel and local contracts. Receive a greater level of Contract security compared to with an outside agency.
\n Preferred Education
\n Bachlor of Science in Nursing
\n Minimum Experience
\n - Three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in acute care case management, utilization management, social services, care coordination, or discharge planning in hospital settings.
\n - Demonstrated knowledge of CMS Conditions of Participation, Joint Commission standards, California Title 22 regulations, utilization review, discharge planning, and payer requirements.
\n - Experience leading both Case Management and Social Services departments.
\n Required Certification/Licensure
\n -BLS
\n - Other credentialing requirements, such as health related documentation, which your Recruiter will detail for you.
