In this role, you will be the first point of contact, managing multiple reception desks and ensuring smooth communication and operations. Reporting to HR, you will handle call management, visitor reception, appointment scheduling, and administrative duties that support our office environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple front desks efficiently
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Welcome and assist visitors with a positive attitude
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain records
- Provide responsive customer support to staff and visitors
- Maintain office supplies and ensure organized workspaces
- Facilitate clear communication between departments
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support
- High school diploma or equivalent
