Location: Costa Mesa, CA
Position Type: Seasonal (Temporary, W2)
Pay: $58.80/hour
Schedule: Sunday–Saturday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (flexibility required)
Setting: On-site / in-person, patient-facing
Position Overview
We’re hiring a Seasonal Immunizing Registered Nurse (RN) to support an in-store vaccination initiative. In this role, you’ll administer vaccines (including Flu, COVID, MMR, and others) while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced community healthcare environment. PPE is provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer immunizations safely and efficiently (Flu, COVID, MMR, etc.)
- Provide patient education and professional support before/after vaccination
- Maintain a calm, compassionate, customer-focused approach
- Adapt to changes and workflow needs in a dynamic community healthcare setting
- Collaborate with team members to promote a positive, supportive team culture
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted RN license in California
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- 1+ year of nursing experience, including immunizing and providing direct patient care
- Excellent interpersonal / communication skills
- Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
- Must not be on the DEA Excluded Parties List
