Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license (OT) for practice in California
- Previous experience in educational or pediatric settings preferred
- Familiarity with providing OT services in schools, including documentation and IEP participation
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt therapy interventions to meet diverse student needs
- Team-oriented mindset, comfortable working alongside educators and parents
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students identified with a range of needs
- Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain thorough documentation
- Support sensory, fine motor, and functional skills development
- Adapt therapeutic strategies to accommodate classroom environments
