Job Description
We are looking for a Job Coach to help adults with special needs. This role involves visiting different job sites throughout the Inland Empire to offer hands-on support, encouragement, and guidance.
Responsibilities
- Show employees how to complete simple general labor tasks safely
- Transport consumers to and from off-site training sites.
- Able to work 20 to 35 hours a week.
Qualifications
- Comfortable teaching and demonstrating basic tasks
- Patient, reliable, and supportive
- Basic understanding of workplace safety
- Must be 21+ with a valid CA driver’s license
- Must pass a background check and drug test
Monday - Friday
8 am - 3:30 pm
