POSITION DESCRIPTION
\n
\n
Are you an outperformer who thrives on ownership, accountability, and winning as a team? Do you have what it takes to open a flagship location from the ground up — and build a community from zero to extraordinary?
\n
\n
Do you lead like a business owner—and love the energy, purpose, and impact of fitness? Have you ever wanted to be part of something before it opens — to build culture before the doors do?
\n
\n
If that sounds like you, the General Manager role at Burn Boot Camp Woodland Hills may be your next big move — and one of the most significant leadership opportunities in the system.
\n
\n
As the senior operational leader of Burn Boot Camp Woodland Hills — one of Burn's flagship HQ locations and a Brand Champion gym — you are responsible for building this location from the ground up. That means generating leads before doors open, building and training a championship-level team, executing Pop-up Camps, and leading a Grand Opening that sets the bar for what a Burn location can be. You will be fully accountable for performance, culture, and business results from Day 1.
\n
\n
You operate with the mindset of a Franchise Partner, driving results as if the business were your own — while leveraging the full power and resources of Burn Boot Camp Headquarters. You’ll partner closely with HQ support teams including Human Resources, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Learning & Development, and Operations to build strategy, execute with urgency, and deliver elite results.
\n
\n
This role is for leaders who want autonomy + support, high expectations + high reward, and the rare opportunity to open a flagship location — building culture, community, and revenue from the very first day. Grand Opening is targeted for early January 2027.
