Pay Rate: $125,000–$175,000 Annually

Our company operates 10 locations approaching 200 million annually in HVAC and plumbing revenue. We have built one of the largest service platforms in the region through elite execution, aggressive growth, powerful marketing, and a performance-driven culture.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will be in the trenches with your team — coaching, developing, holding accountability, solving problems, driving performance, and leading from the front.

What You Will Be Responsible For
· Full operational leadership of the branch/location
· Managing and owning the P&L
· Driving revenue growth and profitability
· Monitoring KPIs and performance metrics daily
· Recruiting, hiring, training, and developing top talent
· Leading sales performance and coaching teams in the field
· Maintaining operational efficiency and accountability
· Managing budgets, labor, and departmental performance
· Building culture and retaining high performers
· Ensuring an elite customer experience
· Creating structure, discipline, and execution across departments
Requirements

· Has an extensive sales background with a proven track record of driving revenue and building high-performing teams
· Has successfully led high-revenue service operations
· Understands sales, operations, and performance management
· Knows how to create accountability and culture
· Leads with intensity, urgency, and ownership
· Is highly organized and metric-driven
· Can motivate teams while maintaining standards
· Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
