Johnny’s Diner is hiring experienced cooks for a high-volume breakfast and brunch kitchen. This is a fast-paced, short-order
environment— speed, consistency, and organization are critical.
Details:
- Full time & part-time positions
- Typical hours are approximately 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- High-volume service
Requirements:
- Solid kitchen experience (short order preferred)
- Strong knife skills and kitchen fundamentals
- Ability to work clean, fast, and efficiently under pressure
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch menu items to recipe specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with prep work as needed
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
