Set in a welcoming environment near Santa Clara, you’ll be working exclusively onsite—ensuring hands-on collaboration and connection with students, staff, and families.
Your focus will be providing speech and language services to a diverse K-12 student population, addressing a wide spectrum of communication needs. Enjoy the structure of a predictable 37.5-hour workweek while building relationships and supporting student growth throughout the school year.
To excel in this position, you’ll bring:
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- California Speech-Language Pathology license (verification required)
- Valid Clinical or Rehabilitative Services Credential in Language, Speech, & Hearing, or a California credential authorizing Language/Speech and Hearing Specialist services
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience in school settings preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to onsite, in-person services (not open to remote or hybrid work)
Key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting assessments and delivering individualized speech therapy
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop IEPs
- Documenting student progress and maintaining rigorous records
- Partnering with families and educators for best student outcomes
