Job Title: Line Inspector
Location: Long Beach, CA
Pay: $22.00 / Job Class: Temp-to-Hire
Schedule: 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Description: The Line Inspector is responsible for reviewing and ensuring the quality of finished products to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
- Accurately report production quantities in the visual manufacturing system
- Perform weighing (APW) for part counting and attach data to the roadmap to prevent material discrepancies
- Demonstrate knowledge of product quality specifications
- Conduct inspections and quality control checks throughout the manufacturing process
- Perform manual and visual inspections; use technical equipment such as microscopes to detect defects (e.g., contamination, holes, marks, color variations, etc.)
Requirements
- High School/GED and Technical degree, certification, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Ability to follow instructions and understand procedures
- Strong attention to detail
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good manual dexterity
