Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active California Speech-Language Pathology license
- Clinical or Rehabilitative Services Credential, or California credential authorizing services in Language, Speech & Hearing
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Prior experience providing SLP services within a school setting
- Ability to work full-time, onsite (37.5 hours per week; no virtual or hybrid options)
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to K-12 students in group and individual formats
- Assess, diagnose, and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and hearing screenings and evaluations
- Collaborate with special and general education teachers, counselors, and other school staff
- Maintain thorough documentation on assessments, services provided, and student progress
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding student plans and progress
- Fully participate in IEP meetings and contribute to eligibility determinations and goal setting
