FOH SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:
- Supervise the FOH team
- Train team members to ensure best-in-class customer service
- Manage POS system and guest food ordering
- Understand detailed food menu & communicate with guests
- Service, service, service!
Requirements:
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to communicate in English
- Ability to adapt and follow instructions
- Ability to move freely around the kitchen
- Ability to lift loads of 25-50 pounds
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well in teams and grow team members
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a restaurant supervisor
- Desire to satisfy guests and build repeat customers
- Strong attention to detail
