This contract opportunity near Desert Hot Springs offers rewarding work with a diverse student population. Speech-Language Pathologists who possess a passion for helping children thrive are encouraged to apply—whether you’re an experienced CCC-SLP or a Clinical Fellow (CFY) eager to gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments for students with speech and language disorders.
  • Develop and tailor individualized therapy plans to address unique communication challenges.
  • Provide direct, purposeful therapy sessions to help students achieve targeted goals.
  • Track and document progress meticulously, adjusting interventions as needed.
  • Actively partner with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, coordinated care.
  • Guide and involve families throughout the therapy process, promoting ongoing progress.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Active or eligible state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Experience with pediatric and/or school-based caseloads highly valued.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team.
