Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active California SLP-CCC license required
  • Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
  • Prior experience working in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly and manage diverse student needs across K-12 populations
  • Commitment to fostering optimal learning and communication outcomes

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver screening, evaluation, and direct therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Develop individualized treatment plans targeting speech, language, and communication goals
  • Maintain accurate documentation and case records
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress reviews
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and mentorship initiatives
