Minimum Qualifications

- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Skilled nursing facility experience required.
- Experience with NetHealth and PCC required.
\n

Assignment Details

- Patient population includes long-term and short-term skilled nursing residents.
- Average caseload is 12 to 14 patients per day.
- In-house therapy staff environment.
