We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Packaging and Kit Builder at our facility located in Tracy, CA. This role we require candidate to commute to Concord, CA for the first 2 weeks until the new warehouse is fully set up and runing. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our products are packaged efficiently and accurately, contributing to the overall success of our operations. Responsibilities
- Prepare and package products for shipment, ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Assemble kits according to specifications and ensure all components are included.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for distribution.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Perform regular inventory checks and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or packaging environment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Physical ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including overtime when necessary.
