Insurance Coverage Litigation Attorney (California – Remote/Hybrid Options)

Location: California – Flexible remote or hybrid work options available\n

Compensation: $130,000 – $275,000 base salary + bonus\n

Annual Hours Expectation: 1,900\n

About The Role

We are seeking attorneys to join a dynamic civil litigation team specializing in insurance coverage matters. This position provides opportunities to work full-time, part-time, or on contract, with flexible remote options. The role involves complex litigation in state and federal courts, providing strategic counsel to clients, and collaborating with senior attorneys on high-stakes cases.\n

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage insurance coverage litigation from intake through resolution.
  • \n

  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and settlement documents.
  • \n

  • Prepare and participate in depositions, hearings, and mediations.
  • \n

  • Conduct legal research and analysis to assess coverage and risk exposure.
  • \n

  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding case strategy and updates.
  • \n

  • Balance multiple matters while producing high-quality work independently.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
  • \n

  • Licensed and admitted to practice in California.
  • \n

  • Strong analytical, research, writing, and verbal communication skills.
  • \n

  • Excellent academic credentials and organizational abilities.
  • \n

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage work independently while collaborating in a team environment.
  • \n
