B2B Market Intelligence & Outreach Specialist
Quest International | Irvine, CA | Onsite
Pay: $28.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time
Quest International is seeking a confident, professional B2B outreach specialist to research companies, contact business decision-makers, identify potential service needs, and maintain accurate CRM records.
This is a high-activity, phone-based position requiring approximately 80–120 outbound business calls per day. This is not a social media, graphic design, content creation, or general administrative role.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to businesses and company decision-makers
- Introduce Quest International and explain our technical service capabilities
- Ask structured questions to identify potential business needs
- Research companies, contacts, industries, and market opportunities
- Qualify potential opportunities and coordinate follow-up conversations
- Document call outcomes, objections, contact details, and next steps
- Maintain accurate CRM and spreadsheet records
- Use AI-assisted tools to support research and outreach preparation
- Meet daily goals for calls, conversations, follow-ups, and documentation
Qualifications
- Professional experience in B2B outreach, cold calling, business development, lead generation, inside sales, or a similar role
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls throughout the day
- Strong professional phone and written communication skills
- Experience speaking with business contacts and decision-makers
- Experience using CRM systems, spreadsheets, or lead-tracking tools
- Strong research, documentation, organization, and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working onsite in a KPI-driven environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
