Job Summary\n
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, CVICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities\n

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to a highly variable CVICU patient population, including pre- and post-operative care.
- Manage ECMO procedures and work closely with technicians operating the pumps.
- Handle advanced cardiovascular equipment such as nitric oxide, pacemakers, and invasive monitors.
- Perform and assist in bedside procedures like chest tube placement and cardioversion.
- Float to PICU or NICU first, and possibly the Pediatric M/S Oncology floor as necessary.
- Work collaboratively during scheduled weekend shifts and holiday coverage with staff nurses.

Qualifications\n
- \n
- Minimum of 2 years strong CVICU nursing experience required.
- Current California RN license in hand at time of application.
- Certifications required: ACLS, BCLS, and PALS.
- Experience with Cerner or similar documentation systems preferred.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with the care of patients requiring ECMO and other complex cardiovascular procedures.
