Job Summary
Repair accident-related damage to vehicles, restoring them to pre-collision condition in accordance with the industry standards and factory specifications, in a timely manner, with customer satisfaction as the highest priority. We never compromise any aspect of the repair experience.
Responsibilities Essential Functions
- Examines damaged vehicles and plans repair process.
- Performs quality repairs in a timely fashion.
- Suggest repairs vs replacement decisions.
- Maintain a safe and organized environment.
Qualifications
- Auto Body Repair: 3 years (Required)
- Knowledge of manufacturer’s repair processes
- Understanding of I-CAR repair processes
- Demonstrated commitment to continued learning.
- Manual dexterity and eye hand coordination to operate equipment.
