As a Caregiver on our team, you are the heart of our community. You will assist residents with their daily activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Because our seniors rely on consistent routine and care, reliability, punctuality, and heart are the most critical qualities for success in this role.
Shifts Available: This role requires some weekend work.
- AM Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- PM Shift: 2:15 PM – 10:45 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Personal Care & Assistance: Help residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including dressing, bathing, grooming, mobility, and hygiene, while honoring their dignity and independence.
- Meaningful Connection: Build authentic, warm relationships with residents, offering companionship, active listening, and a smiling face to bright up their day.
- Reliable Care: Arrive on time for scheduled shifts (6:00 AM or 2:15 PM) to ensure seamless care handoffs and consistent support for our seniors.
- Dining Support: Assist with mealtime service, helping residents who need support eating, and encouraging good nutrition and hydration.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Observe changes in residents' physical condition, mobility, or mood, and report any concerns promptly to the nursing staff/shift supervisor.
- Safety & Wellness: Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents, responding quickly to call lights and emergency needs.

- Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Prior caregiving experience in senior living or home health preferred (willing to train the right compassionate heart!).
- CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
