- Answer phones in a professional manner
- Open and distribute incoming mail
- Check office supply weekly and process supply orders
- Assist with creating purchase orders
- Schedule customer service, site surveys, and solar/reroof installs with customers • Set up inspections with cities & counties
- Assist with payroll as needed
- Assist with field new hire applications
- Other responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
- 2-3 years related administrative experience.
- Bi-lingual (English and Spanish)
- Experience in the construction (roofing/solar) industry is helpful but not required. • Easy to get along with – must be a problem solver.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Must be flexible.
