Hybrid School-Based SLP Opportunity | Lancaster, CA
Soliant is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, hybrid school-based position in Lancaster, California.
Position Details
Location: Lancaster, CA
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
Hybrid Schedule: Up to 5 hours per week may be completed off-site
K-8 school district
Cover multiple FMLA leave assignments throughout the school year
Variety of school sites and caseloads within the district
Responsibilities
Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy services
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Participate in IEP meetings and maintain required documentation
Adapt quickly to different school settings and student needs throughout the year
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active California SLP License
School-based experience preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
Due to the nature of this assignment, this position is best suited for experienced SLPs rather than Clinical Fellows

Compensation for this position ranges from $47.53 to $67.53. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
