Job DescriptionJob Title: Fabricator/Assembler
Location: Glendale, CA
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: 7:30am-4:00pm
Pay: $23-28/hr

We’re looking for talented hands-on, skilled and reliable Fabricator/Assembler to join our production team.
Job Summary:As a Fabricator/Assembler, you will be responsible for reading blueprints and technical drawings, assembling components, and fabricating parts to meet quality and production standards. You’ll work with tools and machinery to help build high-quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders.
  • Measure, cut, and shape materials (metal, plastic, etc.) using hand and power tools.
  • Assemble components using mechanical fasteners, welding, or adhesives.
  • Inspect parts and finished assemblies for accuracy and quality.
  • Operate fabrication equipment such as saws, grinders, drills, and welders.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
  • Document production and quality checks as required.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year experience in fabrication, assembly, or a similar role preferred.
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.
  • Basic math and measurement skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs and stand for extended periods.
