A Community-Based Adult Services (CBAS) Center in Panorama City, CA is looking for an MSW to work as part of our multidisciplinary team. The MSW is responsible for completing initial assessments, quarterly updates, and 6-month reassessments. The MSW must have experience in writing initial and reassessments care plans (IPC’s) in a CBAS setting. Additionally, the MSW shall be responsible for other Social Worker functions. Candidate must have an MSW from an accredited School of Social Work. Ideal candidate must also be bi-lingual in Tagalog.
