Responsibilities

Lead rehabilitation program strategy to drive patient outcomes and growth.

Oversee clinical rehabilitation services and ensure high-quality care standards.

Monitor performance dashboards and KPIs to optimize outcomes and throughput.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and clinical policies.

Develop and manage departmental budgets, resources, and capacity planning.

Recruit, mentor, and develop rehabilitation staff to support growth targets.

Build and nurture referral networks to sustain patient pipelines.

Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align rehabilitation goals with business strategy.

Manage on-site rehabilitation operations, scheduling, and equipment utilization.
