We are seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Associate to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, developing professional skills, and gaining hands-on experience in marketing, sales, client relations, and leadership.
Position Overview
As a Sales & Marketing Associate, you will play an important role in supporting client campaigns, engaging with community members, and helping execute marketing initiatives that drive awareness and results. You will receive hands-on training in communication, outreach strategies, customer engagement, and team development while working alongside experienced professionals.
This position is ideal for individuals who are energetic, goal-oriented, and interested in building a career in marketing, sales, business development, or management.
Responsibilities
- Represent nonprofit partners and client campaigns through professional community outreach and marketing efforts
- Engage with customers, donors, and community members to increase awareness and support for campaigns
- Assist with the planning and execution of marketing events and promotional initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and team members
- Communicate campaign messaging clearly and effectively
- Support customer acquisition and retention efforts through relationship-based marketing
- Track campaign performance and provide feedback to improve results
- Collaborate with team members to meet team and client goals
- Participate in ongoing training and leadership development opportunities
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in a team environment and interacting with the public
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Ability to adapt quickly and take initiative
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, marketing, or communications is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
