Key Qualifications:
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Experience with pediatric populations, especially within school or teletherapy settings
- Familiarity with IEP processes and healthcare documentation
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Active state licensure for speech-language pathology
- Flexibility to support multiple school sites as assigned
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect SLP services to students identified through the IEP process
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to address student needs
- Document services, maintain records, and participate in team meetings
- Adapt therapy plans to a variety of therapy spaces and deliver effective teletherapy as needed
- Remain adaptable based on the evolving needs of the district and specific school assignments
