What You'll Do
Strategic Sales Leadership
- Develop and execute the company's B2B sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue, profitability, and market share goals.
- Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Establish sales objectives, performance metrics, and growth initiatives aligned with the company's strategic vision.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reporting, and market analysis to support executive decision-making and inventory planning.
Business Development & Dealer Network Expansion
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding and strengthening our dealer and distribution network.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key dealers, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Negotiate sales agreements and develop partnership opportunities that support sustainable business growth.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify new market opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner closely with Marketing, Operations, Product Management, and Executive Leadership to align sales initiatives with product launches, pricing strategies, inventory planning, and customer experience.
- Represent Ice Bear Powersports at industry trade shows, dealer meetings, conferences, and networking events.
- Provide valuable market intelligence and customer feedback to support product development and business planning.
What You’ll Bring
Qualifications
- Proven success leading B2B sales organizations with a strong record of driving revenue growth and market expansion.
- Experience in the powersports, automotive, recreational vehicle, outdoor equipment, or a related distribution-focused industry is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, mentor, and lead high-performing sales teams.
- Strong strategic planning, financial acumen, and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business decisions.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers, dealers, and industry partners.
