ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessional / Behavior Therapist to join a supportive school district in Baldwin Park, CA for the 2026-2027 school year. Competitive Weekly Pay: $23-24/hour

Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one and small group support to students
Implement behavior intervention plans and classroom strategies
Support students with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers
Assist with data collection and documentation
Promote a positive and supportive learning environment
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 Years of Experience Working with K-12 Students
Experience supporting students with behavioral and/or special education needs preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and classroom procedures
High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience as a Paraprofessional, Behavior Technician, Behavior Therapist, Instructional Aide, or similar role
ABA, RBT, or behavior support experience is a plus
School-based experience strongly preferred
