PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading company in the aerospace manufacturing industry to find a skilled Welder II who takes pride in precision craftsmanship. If you have experience with TIG and MIG welding and enjoy working on high-quality aerospace components, this is your opportunity to join a team where your work directly contributes to products that support the aerospace industry.
Shift: Monday – Friday; 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Schedule: Full-Time

What You'll Do
As a Welder II, you'll perform precision welding and fabrication while ensuring every component meets strict aerospace and quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:

Perform TIG and MIG welding on Inconel, stainless steel, titanium, and aluminum.

Weld components in accordance with aerospace and military specifications.

Certify to AWS D17.1 (Groups IIB, IIIB, IV, and VI) for material thicknesses ranging from .020" to .200".

Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

Produce high-quality welds while maintaining productivity and efficiency.

Complete required job documentation and maintain accurate production records.

Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Work closely with supervisors and teammates to meet production and shipping deadlines.
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

3–5 years of TIG and MIG welding experience in a manufacturing environment or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

Experience working with aerospace materials such as Inconel, stainless steel, titanium, and aluminum.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to military and aerospace specifications.

Knowledge of welding equipment, fabrication tools, and general shop practices.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality workmanship.

Ability to meet FAA and ITAR compliance requirements.
Preferred Qualifications

Previous aerospace manufacturing experience.

Current or previous AWS D17.1 certification.

Experience working in a fast-paced, high-quality production environment.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
